Our Story

I like to believe that our story is somewhat of a crazy miracle, here we go....
    I was born and raised in Washington state, and I loved growing up there. Casey was a good ol' boy from Utah. He was raised in an amazing LDS family and it's definitely reflected in his everyday life. I, on the other hand, was raised by my incredible father and step-mom, and I wouldn't trade it for the world. But I was not introduced to the LDS church until I was about 12 years old. I knew right away that I had found what was missing in my life.
    So just a few years later, we were both graduated from high school, Casey had served a mission in Jackson Mississippi, and I had finished a couple years of college.... I decided I wanted a change. I randomly chose a town in Utah to move to, without ever having been there before. I got enrolled in school, found an apartment, and as a joke with my sister I signed up for eHarmony.... Don't know what I was thinking. But instantly I had found a guy I thought was cute. It happened to be Casey. So we started emailing each other, still 3 states apart. We hit it off really well, but we had never met in person yet. We emailed and talked for a month and a half before I finally moved to my apartment in Utah. My very first day in Utah, Casey picked me up for our first date... And it's been a crazy blur ever since. We both fell in love almost instantly, and knew we would be together forever. Not even a month later we were engaged, and 3 months after that we were married.
     Last week we celebrated our 4 month anniversary, and somehow I love him even more with each day that passes. It has been a crazy adventure that's for sure, but I have loved every single minute of it. And I look forward to every adventure that's coming our way...
